How do I join the league?

You can join the league via our website by filling out the form that corresponds to you (team or free agent). You can also reach out directly to the coordinators at 917-969-1970 or 929-428-9482 and we’ll help with the registration process.

What is the league schedule?

We will hold games on Sundays starting June 2nd, beginning at 12pm and running until approximately 6 pm. The league season will run from June 2nd – August 4th. If teams have timing conflicts, we will do our best to accommodate everyone.

What are the league rules?

We will follow NCAA rules in the league. You can find the rules here. It would be 2 20 minute halves. There will be 2 referees per game to ensure integrity and accuracy of the game.

Is there uniform policy?

Teams must have team jerseys. We are able to provide custom team jerseys at an additional cost or the team can go out and get their own. Every player is required to have them during the game.

What platforms or tools are used for communication and coordination?

We will reach out to a Point of Contact for each team via phone call, text message, or WhatsApp on certain occasions.

Are there prizes for winners?

The team that wins the championship game will receive a team trophy and a complimentary season for the upcoming season. We will also decide prizes for the 3 point contest winner and the 1-on-1 tournament winner. We will also attempt to provide tickets to Knicks or Nets games for players, but it isn’t guaranteed.

Can I form my own team or will I be assigned to one?

You are able to form your own team should you have enough players (minimum 5 to create a team). You are also able to join as a free agent and we will coordinate with any team that is missing players so that you can play with them.

What happens if I miss a match?

If you are not able to make a game, make sure to coordinate with the point of contact for your team. Note that missing a certain amount of games could prevent you from being eligible to participate in playoffs or All-Star day.

What happens in the event there isn’t enough of teams or a player doesn’t have a team to join?

If there aren’t enough teams to ensure an efficient season, we will refund all teams the amount they paid. In the event that every team is full and a player doesn’t have the chance to join a team, we will try to create a free agency team with the free agent players. Players have the option to have their deposit returned if this is the case.
